Pretty Baby

I haven't water colored in a while. This sweet baby was water colored with SU markers and a blending pen. I went back and deepened the shading with my colored pencils after it was dry, though. This is another stamp from Lili of the Valley.

I wanted a lot of pretty pastel colors for this card, so I used the Tea Party DSP from Stampin Up. I pierced some holes around the scallops framing the image, a little tag attached to the bow, and I call it done!
Hope you like it, thanks for visiting!
