I just got a couple of new
Sugar Nellie stamps from Funky Kits. They're by the artist/illustrator
Elisabeth Bell. She is enormously talented, and I love her style.

I put a lot of layers on this card, and lots of scallops, LOL! I used floral paper from the
Cosmo Cricket Biography Little Girls collection, and it just reminded me of frilly dresses and pretty hair bows! It seemed to suit the sweet little girl with the flowered hat perfectly. I really enjoyed watercoloring this image, soft colors and slightly vintage-y. Hope you like it!
