Blustery Spring Day

I made this card a while back, and kind of forgot about it, so I decided to share it today. I looooove coloring Magnolia stamps, long before I was on the Design team, I was emptying my wallet getting as many as I could, LOL! The sweet faced girls and boys just tug at my heart strings.

I want to ask you all a question, and get your opinion regarding sentiments. Do you prefer cards with sentiments, or blank cards suitable for any occasion? I do a lot of blank cards with the intention of adding a sentiment when I know where the card will be going. But if I'm selling them, I'm not sure which is better. Please share your opinions with me! Thanks a bunch!
Stamps: Magnolia
Ink: Palette
Paper: Bristol, Papertrey Ink, MME
Accessories: PTI stitched ribbon, Spellbinders flowers die, lime green brad, Stickles, Prismacolor pencils, OMS, sewing machine

  1. Gorgeous coloring on this card - as usual!

I think it's best to leave the card without a sentiment but offer to add one for free (to the inside) once the card sells.

  2. This is really stunning and one of my favorite tilda images, i always put a sentiment on but a general one then if i want to sell or give it away i make a personal insert...

  3. Gorgeous card!! And I know what you mean ~~ I only have a few Magnolias, but my wish list is loooooong. When I sell cards I leave them blank, but add to the description that I will stamp a sentiment on the inside if the buyer wishes. Hope that helps!

  4. Hello Katarina,
I love your cards. If I had the time to make cards to sell, I would not add a sentiment. Maybe you could plan where you would add a sentiment and prepare a few basic ones like Happy Birthday, Thank you and keep them with the card. You can then ask the buyer if they like a sentiment and you would be ready to go..... :)

  5. This is great. I have to catch up on your blog. Super colors here. It is a blustery day here in the southeast. March came in like a lion. I like the inside blank. I rarely add a sentiment at all. That way I can use it for anything. Great job.
